Have you ever gotten lost? It’s a strange feeling like slightly scared, a bit amazed and you’d probably feel like screaming OMG. In a way, it feels nice, bizarre and like I can’t believe I’m lost. That’s exactly what happened to me, I think a week back. I was off to tuition on my new Scooty and it turned out I picked a wrong turn. I switched on to “panic mode” and called my dad who said he’d follow me with like a time gap of 5 mins (It was my first time I would be going to Chem. tuition on the Scooty) And then he told me to follow him(he was in the car) and I finally reached tuition.
This so called education in schools here is crappy. Majorly. It’s like the schools treat as us “mark-producing machines” Your future depends on how well you can “mug” the portions and reproduce it. There is no space for creative thinking. Yesterday, our teacher showed us this video clip of some Professor (whose name I don’t know and is probably from the U.S.) giving a lecture on “Magnetic Effects Of Current” It was brilliant. He explains stuff and demonstrates every single thing. I mean, how many of us, here in India, have actually seen our teachers demonstrating the Oersted’s Experiment or force produced due to electric and magnetic fields? We just have to “mug” the mundane theory and don’t really understand its application. And there are extremely limited subjects to choose. There are hardly any schools offering subjects that may not be the usual Physics, Chemistry and Math. Schools shouldn’t over-burden us with a zillion assignments, homework and tests almost every day. And almost everyone attends tuitions as the teaching (not always do they teach) isn’t enough.
So that’s it for now, I gotta go finish work for school tomorrow. *sigh*

Very true! The present educational system makes no room for creative thinking. All u gotta do is 2 mug & spit it out! Thatz y da brains of most school kids r locked coz they don’t use logical reasoning.
